The 75th Cannes Film Festival officially kicked off recently. Held in Cannes, France, the annual event produced one of the glitziest red carpets in the world (competing with the Oscars and the Met Gala). The highly anticipated festival showcased the finest in international cinema, highlighting the talents of actors, directors, and film crews from all around the world.
A-list celebrities and fashion models flocked to the French town to honour the best of cinema. The festival is also known for its spectacular and extravagant fashion in addition to honoring the best in international cinema. All attendees, from celebrities to models and actors, graced the iconic red-carpeted steps in their most glamorous ensembles, whether they were straight off the haute couture runways or custom-made by a renowned fashion house.

He returned to Cannes with the new film Top Gun: Maverick, looking dapper in a sleek Giorgio Armani suit.

The supermodel, unofficial queen of Cannes, looked completely gorgeous in another memorable look on the red carpet. This time, Bella Hadid wore a black dress by Gianni Versace from 1987. It featured a tight, ruched bodice, velvet skirt and a voluminous sash, which delivered drama while remaining elegant. Bella also complemented the outfit with heavy black eyeliner that helped add definition to her face.

For the Cannes red-carpet event, Deepika Padukone wore a rusty orange custom gown by Ashi Studio and caught everyone’s attention.
